What would your day look like as a GoWrench Automotive Technician?
Most likely your day will start by waking up and actually being excited to come to work. You’ll look forward to working with a team that feels like family, and is about getting the job done right, the first time. You’ll be working with your friends that are experts in their field, and who are pretty good at putting a smile on your face. You’ll enjoy having access to great equipment and tools (as well as your own) that allow you to really excel. You will be in a fast-paced environment completing a wide range of automotive repair, maintenance and tire services. You’ll work with clients that care about quality, both at their location, and ours. You would be easy to work with and possess a strong work ethic and dedication to your craft. You would have a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract and be comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles. You would be open to learning new technology and you would be open to being part of a family-like team as well as new training, technology and innovation.

GoWrench Auto is Southern Ontario’s leading premium mobile and in-shop full-service solution for time-crunched consumers and fleets. Our company operations span across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Niagara and even Ottawa with new franchises coming on soon. Depending on the area we have multiple divisions such as light/medium vehicle repair and maintenance, passenger vehicle tire sales and service, our new heavy-duty tire sales and service, auto glass, and detailing. We serve our clients both mobile (at home or work) and in our shop. We operate 7 days a week so flexible shifts are available upon request. Responsibilities and Duties
Depending on your position you would do the following:
Tire and Lube Technicians

Lubrication, fluids, oil and filter services

Tire Swaps

Tire Repairs

Tire Service

Communicating with service managers & advisors

Completing work orders
Certified Mechanics

Some maintenance & tire services (mostly tire & lube techs or apprentices complete tire and maintenance services)

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Customer Service Hours
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm
Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday 10 am - 3 pm
Operations Hours
7 days a week 9 am - 9 pm
Requirements

Valid driver's license & clean abstract

3+ years experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation
-
Base Pay or Performance Pay whichever is higher.
Averages out to $50,000 - $105,000 depending on the position and your performance.
